2022 COS Frappato Terre Siciliane, 750ml

This is a great wine for any Thanksgiving table. It's light enough to pair with the classic Turkey (or even better - a game bird like pheasant) while packing enough flavor to stand up to meat dishes. It's bursting with brambly red and dark fruits, notes of cola, and a pronounced herbaceousness that would go great with stuffing. There is a touch of "funk" to keep things interesting, but it doesn't overwhelm. COS Frappato is a wine that is incredibly drinkable and interesting enough to provoke conversation at the table. 2022 Vincent Giraudon 'Tenations' Gamay Cote de Roannaise, 750ml

This wine is made by Vincent Giraudon, who's a full time chef when he's not in the vineyard! The Cote de Roannaise in the Loire Valley grows Gamay on granitic soils, just like in some parts of Beaujolais. As a self described wine-nerd - I love the opportunity to explore and pair with food Gamay wines from different regions beyond Beaujolais. It's ready for a nice chill and some chestnut studded stuffing.
