Ostinato Secco Marsala, 500ml

Ostinato Fine Ambra Secco is a dry, refined Marsala made the old-school way—something rare these days, especially for Fine Marsala. It starts with a naturally higher-alcohol base wine from late-harvest, low-yield Grillo, Inzolia, and Catarratto vines. This means less fortification and more of that true Marsala character. Extra aging adds even more depth and complexity.

Perfect with cured meats and cheeses like Robiola, Taleggio, or any Pecorino. It’s also great in cocktails—try it 1:1 with Hayman’s London Dry Gin—or to level up dishes like Veal Marsala, Saltimbocca, or sautéed mushrooms. Once opened, it stays fresh for up to six months.
