Another exceptional Sherry from El Maestro Sierra! This Amontillado, made from sustainably farmed Palomino grapes (some from vines up to 60 years old), spent 12 years aging in Solera before bottling. Medium-bodied with a light brown hue, it offers beautifully salty, nutty almond notes. Delightful on its own, it also pairs perfectly with starters or appetizers in a classic Andalusian meal.
