2024 (Marnes Blanches) Coup de Jus 'Space Monkey', 750ml

This side project began after Géraud faced several tiny harvests in the Jura, pushing him to source organic fruit from friends in other regions and turn them into lively, playful wines. This cuvée comes from old-vine Auxerrois and Chardonnay planted on limestone in Alsace, bringing plenty of mineral drive and texture. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed into neutral barrel for fermentation, then aged for ten months, giving the wine depth while keeping its freshness intact.
