2024 Frank Cornelissen Susucaru Bianco Terre Siciliane, 750ml

A full bodied white wine made from grapes that are sourced from both the east and west side of the island of Sicily. Frank is a Belgian who fell in love with the wines from Mount Etna years ago, so much so that he moved his entire life to Sicily to make wine there. 

Thie wine is made from 40% Catarratto Extra Lucido (Alcamo), 30% Carricante, 30% Grecanico d’Orato (Etna). Destemming and light crushing of the grapes with a very brief 3 hour maceration. Aged in epoxy.
