2024 (Marnes Blanches) Coup de Jus 'Shark', 750ml

This side project began after Géraud faced several painfully small harvests in the Jura, leading him to source organic fruit from friends in other regions and turn them into playful, characterful wines. This bottling is Riesling from Bergheim in Alsace, coming from a different grower than the fruit used for Space Monkey. It spends 8 months aging in concrete, preserving freshness while giving the wine texture and energy.
