100% Castelão from Montejunto, just north of Lisbon, this is Tiago and Antonio’s fresh, easygoing take on the grape. With just three days on the skins and whole cluster fermentation, it keeps all of Castelão’s personality while leaning into a brighter, lighter frame. After 11 months of rest, everything comes together beautifully.

This is the kind of “junior Castelão” we love to drink: juicy, lifted, and a little more playful than the deeper, more structured versions you might know. That Atlantic influence really shines through, bringing a subtle salty breeze and freshness that makes it feel distinctly Portuguese. Chill it slightly and let it rip with grilled pork, smoky sausages, or anything coming off the barbecue.
