2023 Wasenhaus Grand Ordinaire, 750ml

Pinot from 100% whole bunch and 100% carbonic maceration. Fermented during 12 days under CO2 as whole clusters, completely without any extraction, pressed off and finished fermentation as juice, 50% in a stainless-steel tank and 50% in barrels. Bottled without any sulphur addition and as a young wine fresh, lively, juicy and easy.
