2023 Moritz Kissinger '0 Ohm' White, 750ml

50/50 blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Chardonnay, with a few days of skin contact. It’s not quite an orange wine—it’s more elegant and defined, with notes of lemon pith, waxy citrus, a touch of salinity, and fresh herbal undertones. The texture is gentle but layered, the finish is super clean.
