2024 Jonas Dostert 'Pure Dolomite', 750ml

This is a blend of Chardonnay and Elbling; I think it's a magical combination. The Chardonnay gives the lightness of the Elbling just a bit more texture, a bit more heft and punch - though of course we are talking about a very fine overall aesthetic here. Only the Chardonnay tastes more like Chablis to me - vB
