2023 Finca Parera Penedès 'Fins Als Kullons', 1L

Rubén Parera and his father, Jordi, took their family farm fully organic, turning it into a biodynamic wonderland of vineyards, almond, olive, and cherry trees. Since 2015, they’ve been crafting six pure, no-fuss wines with a focus on tradition and respect for nature.  

Fins Als Kullons is their rebellious red, tossing winemaking rules aside by blending white and red grapes in one wild mix. Grown in Demeter-certified vineyards on limestone and clay, the grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness. Fermented separately with native yeasts in stainless steel, they come together in cement tanks for 9 months before bottling—no filtering, refining, or added sulfites.  

A playful, juicy wine that straddles red and rosé, bursting with freshness and ready for any occasion.
