2022 Curtin Pinot Noir 'Trick Pony', 750ml

100% Pinot Noir dark rosé/light red. From a west-facing steep vineyard on slate and clay soil. Crushed and cold macerated for 24 hours before pressing, fermented and aged in 225L used French oak Barrels. Bottled after 9 months. 11,0% alcohol, 875 bottles produced.

This is called “One Trick” because it will vary based on the vintage, not the site, so it may range from a light rosé to a darker red depending on the year. - vB
