2022 Wasenhaus Weissburgunder 'Mohlin', 750ml

A Pinot blanc grown on very steep slopes, a southeastern exposure and an old limestone terraced vineyard on the Olberg above the Mohlin creek, all worked mainly manual. Bunches pressed as whole clusters, fermented in used French oak barrels and aged for one year on its full lees in barrel and another half year in stainless steel on its entire lees.
