Pinot blanc at its finest - from a great parcel just next to the one used for the Blanc de Blanc, restrained and hard soils give the wine a touch of good reduction, crispy with bright acidity and healthy fruit and good ripeness. One of the best German Weissburgunders outside of Wasenhaus? A more delineated, more angular style, but awesome. - vB
