Founded in 2011, Barry Family Cellars released its first wines in 2014. Founded by father and son Ken and Ian Barry, the winery specializes in small batch vinifera wines, reflective of place and vintage. We work with local growers to showcase individual vineyards and we are committed to minimal manipulation.

Grapes: Cayuga White and Leon Millot + Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Blaufrankisch pomace

Making of: A co-fermented blend of Cayuga and Leon Millot juice was soaked on the skins of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Blaufrankisch. Fermented with only indigenous yeasts and force-carbonated.
