100% Grüner Veltliner: Dry, Minerally and Super complex! The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and foot-crushed, allowing for a traditional and tactile winemaking process. Fermentation takes place in large barrels using indigenous yeast, with no racking. A portion of the barrels stays in contact with the skins for a brief period, adding depth and character. The wine is aged for one year in barrels and bottled without fining, filtering, or the addition of sulfur.
