2019 Stein Pinot Noir '0 Dosage' Sekt, 750ml

This is a one-off project, largely based on the outstanding quality of the 2019 Pinot - great ripeness but also strong acidities, so Ulli decided to do one pick just for this sparkling - made 600 liters. Direct-pressed, left out the taille - into a used 600L barrel for one year on the full lees. Then bottled in 2020 and bottle-fermented. The batch we have now was disgorged in late 2024. No sulfur no dosage no nothing. -vB
