From a new parcel in the northern-most portion of Macon. A charming and rounded white Burgundy, revealing notes of golden apple, candied lemon and a touch of fresh butter. A lovely suppleness in the mouth to accompany a roast chicken or a soft cheese like Brillat-Savarin.
