No es Pituko is Chilean slang for “it ain’t fancy”—a perfect name for this raw, unfiltered Viognier. Often misunderstood, Viognier is a beautifully aromatic variety that grows on you. This version comes from alluvial soils with plenty of sun and cool nights. It pours a hazy straw yellow, with aromas of peach, chirimoya, and a hint of butter from malolactic fermentation.
