2017 Bussola Valpolicella Classico Superiore TB, 750ml

Tommaso Bussola is now often mentioned along with Giuseppe Quintarelli and Dal Forno Romano as the top estates in the Valpolicella appellation. 50% of the grapes for this wine are harvested in September - those are dried for about 3 months. The other 50% are harvested in mid-October and those do not see appassimento.
