2021 Brand 'Hill of Flags' Riesling, 750ml

This is one of two single-vineyard Rieslings, sourced from a spot called "Fahneberg" (aka "Hill of Flags"). Perched high on the Sonnenberg, this limestone-rich site is cool, windy, and perfect for crafting a razor-sharp Riesling. It’s the more precise and zippy of the two, with higher acidity and a serious mineral kick.
