Rose Hill Farm 'Virgoan', 750ml

White hybrid grapes and Rose Hill Long John plums, both harvested on August 26, right at the beginning of Virgo season. Carbonic Maceration for 40 days before pressing. Bottled the next day and aged for one year. Riddled and disgorged. A dry, sparkling rose that's low abv and full of delicate strawberry and grapefruit pith.
