Greenpoint Cidery 'Revvy Dog' Black Walnut Cider, 375ml

Cider infused with you black walnuts that Nikka harvested in late June when they are ripe and falling from trees. She plops the entirety of the walnut in with the cider, green "hull and all" and ages it for 6 months before bottling with maple syrup made from trees on the cidery property. The result is an herbal, woodsy, spiced, slightly sparkling beverage kind of like cola inspired by nocino.
