Made from triple distilled organic wheat grown on Branchwater Farm in Milan, NY (near Red Hook) where they practice regenerative agriculture and believe that quality starts in the fields with farming, it is preserved in fermentation, and it is refined by distillation. Botanicals include juniper, citrus and cardamom.
