Wild apples coming from a mountain top orchard on property owned by a couple in the Catskills. The late frost of Spring 2023 resulted in a major loss of apples, but these apples were spared due to their unique terroir! Super bright and easy drinking, yet structured with gentle tannin and tension between supple fruity and racy acidity.
