2020 Left Bank 'Persici', 375ml

Mead fermented with whole pitted peaches. Totally different experience than the Enlightenment Meads which are a bit more volatile and esoteric. I find this mead to be welcoming, light, and refreshing for those just starting out on their mead journey. It is floral like yarrow and prairie flowers, zesty, melon forward.
