2020 Keuka Lake Vineyards Finger Lakes Semi-Dry Riesling, 750ml

In 1992, Mel and Dorothee Goldman’s love for the Finger Lakes led them to fulfill their dream of planting a vineyard on former Taylor Wine Co. land. After retiring in 1997, they focused on growing Riesling and Pinot Noir vines, eventually impressing European critics with their wines.

Sustainable. 100% Riesling grown on steep slopes of of Keuka Lake on rocky, glacial till soils with a shale bedrock. Slow, cold fermentation in stainless steel for for approx 25 days. Aged in steel and naturally cold-stabilized by cold winter weather. Lime zest, passionfruit, green mango and a cooling wet rock minerality. Refreshingly sweet for thirst quenching moments with spicy dishes.
