Orange is a collaboration between Giusto Occhipinti of COS Winery in Acate, Sicily, and Simone Sabaini, founder of the artisanal chocolate brand Sabadi. Made with organic Moscato grapes, this vermouth features natural herbs and spices designed to enhance the wine’s profile. Phenomenal on its own, simply chilled with olives and salty snacks.
