Tio Alejandro is made from estate-grown Palomino grapes in the chalky albariza barajuela soils of Pago Marquesado. This exceptional Oloroso boasts great complexity and power, with a long finish. Produced by Bodega Manuel Aragón, a historic family winery founded in 1795, it is deeply rooted in the traditional Sherry culture of Chiclana de la Frontera, a whitewashed village in the Bay of Cádiz, just 12 miles southeast of Cádiz.
