Gómez Nevado’s Dorado, their Amontillado-style wine, blends 40% Aris, 30% Palomino, and 30% Pedro Ximénez from certified organic estate vineyards. Unfortified with a natural alcohol of 17%, it ages for 15 years in solera.

The wine offers rich notes of hazelnuts, caramel, and sea salt, with a structured, elegant palate and lingering umami flavors.
