Distiller Lance Winters spent 11 years perfecting the recipe, blending brandy with wormwood, fennel, and star anise, followed by a second infusion of mint, tarragon, lemon balm, and more. Resulting in a rich, aromatic absinthe that shifts from deep green to its signature "dead leaf" hue over time.
