Domaine d'Esperance 'COBRAFIRE' Eau de Vie, 750ml

Made by Domaine d'Esperance in the Armagnac region of France, it’s distilled from Folle Blanche and Baco grapes. The folks at PM Spirits thought it tasted more like a “grape eau-de-vie” than an “unaged Armagnac” (which it technically is), so they skipped the “Blanche d’Armagnac” label and went with “eau-de-vie de raisin” instead. After distilling, it rests in stainless steel for 3 months to let any harsh notes mellow out before being bottled at a punchy 50.5% ABV.

No additives, no coloring, no sweeteners—just pure, unaged French brandy in its most authentic form.
