 The grapes used for this wine come from vineyards aged between 20 and 25 years, situated in granitic soils at 260 meters of altitude. Harvest takes place in October. Four-week skin contact in large amphoras, followed by fermentation in stainless
steel tanks where ground chestnut flowers are added to stabilize the wine. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
