2022 Casa de Saima Baga Bruto Espumate, 750ml

100% Baga from 15-year-old vines planted on calcareous clay soils in Bairrada, this sparkling wine is made with a first fermentation in stainless steel followed by 12 to 18 months on the lees before bottling.

It shows a pale citrus color with fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of flowers and exotic fruit. On the palate, it’s fresh and refined with a delicate mousse and lively acidity.
