2024 Bisson 'Bianco delle Venezie' Vino Frizzante Trevigiana, 750ml
A staple in our shop—think of it as Prosecco’s fun, rebellious cousin.
It’s a lively Italian dry frizzante wine—basically Prosecco in everything but name. Thanks to some quirky Italian wine laws, it should have a mushroom cork to earn the official title, but since they went with a cool crown cap instead, they had to ditch the name. No big deal, though—it’s still made using the same process and the classic Glera grape. Grown sustainably with a touch of biodynamic magic, it bursts with crisp notes of white flowers, and green apples—refreshing and elegant, minus the sweetness.
Cheers to rule-breaking bubbles!
