Spread across three farms, the heart of the project is the historic Pazo Barreiro estate, which anchors production. Here, native white grape varieties of Rías Baixas thrive on steep, terraced slopes, cultivated with a commitment to natural methods. This is a project rooted in restoration—the revival of vineyard parcels to bring back the only DO Rías Baixas vineyard in the Miñor Valley. Every step of the winemaking process is designed to preserve the vineyard’s purity and expression, with lees aging adding depth and complexity to these exceptional wines.
