2022 Nanclares Y Prieto Soverribas, 750ml

This 100% Albariño comes from three of Alberto and Silvia’s parcels—Manzaniña in Meaño and Ixertal and Casal in Ribadumia—where vines between 35 and 100 years old thrive in sandy, granitic soils with clay deposits.  

Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, the juice ferments with native yeasts in a 2,200L used French oak barrel. It then rests on its lees for 9 months, with a month of weekly batonnage, adding depth and texture.
