From Conca de Barberà, a blend of 80% Trepat and 20% Garnacha organically grown over clay and calcareous soils. Grapes are hand harvested, with carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank for 10 days. Bottled the following May after harvest, unfined / unfiltered. 1g of SO2 at bottling. - ZRS
