2024 Les Maou 'A Pieds Joints', 750ml

An ultra-light and star-bright blend of Cinsault from a later-picking (that was subjected to late rains, and paradoxically a lighter profile) and Grenache Noir, semi-carbonically macerated and clocking in at 9.5% ABV. Like a baby Au P’Tit Bonheur, with a bit more raciness and a little more crunch, absurdly refreshing.
