2022 Nasrashvili 'Wild Horses', 750ml

Wild Horses is a Kakhetian take on Tavkveri grapes, which are traditionally grown in the Kartli region and made into light to medium-bodied wines.

Thanks to the warmer climate in Kakheti, extended skin contact, and qvevri fermentation, Wild Horses becomes a full-bodied wine with more pronounced tannins. It is juicy and aromatic, with notes of red cherry, pomegranate, rose petals, and a touch of spice.

The wine tastes untamed — a quality that reminded the winemaker of Wild Horses roaming free across vast fields.

The grapes are hand-picked and fermented with skin contact in traditional qvevri.
