The Rosa Santos family has been active in agriculture for over four centuries. Their energetic and vigorous wine 'Implicit' is velvety smooth but intense with ripe tannins and a long finish. It has nicely integrated oak, and natural, balanced acidity. The silky palate features flavors of blue and black fruits, and spices.

Aging: 15% in French oak barrel, 85% in stainless steel.
