2022 Roterfaden & Rosswag 'Terraces' Red VP002, 750ml

Rosswag is a tiny village of just over 1,200 people, wrapped in a jaw-dropping amphitheater of ancient, hand-built vineyards that look straight out of a fantasy novel. Most of these steep terraces are farmed by the local co-op, except for one small, passionate duo: Hannes Hoffmann and Olympia Samara of Weingut Roterfaden, the “other 1%.” They’re leading the charge for organic and biodynamic farming and teaming up with the co-op to keep these historic vines alive and thriving.

The red is a super drinkable, unoaked red blend of Lemberger, Regent, and Schwarzriesling that’s bright, juicy, and totally unique, from one of Germany’s most overlooked and most stunning wine regions.
