2024 Wasenhaus Grand Ordinaire, 750ml

This red wine is made with 100% whole bunch Pinot Noir grapes with 100% carbonic maceration which took place over 12 days. With a little longer maturation before bottling, the fruit and freshness remains, but is a touch more "serious" after some time in barriques. -vB
