2020 Left Bank 'Persici', 375ml

Mead fermented with whole pitted peaches. Totally different experience than the Enlightenment Meads which are a bit more volatile and esoteric. I find this mead to be welcoming, light, and refreshing for those just starting out on their mead journey. It is floral like yarrow and prairie flowers, zesty, melon forward (reminds me a lot of that Thai mead Cole was pouring at the block party cookout!)
