2021 Casa de Mouraz Dao Tinto, 750ml

The grapes of Casa de Mouraz Red 2020, come from several plots of vines with an average age of around 30/40 years, with granite soils, privileged south orientation and average altitudes of 300/400m, located in Mouraz, municipality of Tondela.
After a rigorous selection of the grapes still on the vine, they were transported to the cellar in small perforated boxes. The natural vinification (by vine and not by variety) took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by a long
maceration. Part of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. Forest aromas... a true Dão blend.
