Green Spot is a standout Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey that's won plenty of awards for its quality, and it's made exclusively for Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants in Dublin, where the brand first got its start. Crafted at a single distillery using both malted and unmalted barley (with just a touch of other grains like rye or oats), it’s matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for a beautifully balanced flavor. Single Pot Still is kind of like Single Malt, but with a twist—it's made only in Ireland and has that signature raw barley kick. The name "Spot" comes from how the casks were once marked with a dab of colored paint to show how long they’d age—green meant 10 years, though today's whiskey is a blend aged between 7 and 10.

On the nose, expect fresh spices, orchard fruits, and a whiff of toasted wood. The taste brings a full, spicy body with hints of clove, green apple sweetness, and toasted oak, finishing with a warm linger of spice and barley.
