4 Kilos Llampuga Vinícola is a fresh, Mediterranean white from Mallorca, born from the collaboration of Francesc Grimalt and Sergi Caballero, who founded 4 Kilos in 2006 with the goal of championing local varieties. Made from the native grapes premsal and malvasía and farmed organically with minimal intervention, it’s fermented with indigenous yeasts and lightly filtered to retain purity and texture. Named after the island’s iconic llampuga fish, the wine is vibrant, bright, and honest—an expression of Mallorca’s coastal landscape and seasonal rhythms.
