2021 Taanug Kosher White, 750ml

Bodegas Pinord, meaning “Pine from the North,” has been making wine in Spain’s Penedès region for over a century. The Tetas family blends tradition with modern tech to craft top-notch wines and cavas. With 60 hectares of vineyards—and some help from their cousins—they’ve also expanded into other Spanish wine regions. Their farming is organic, with some biodynamic parcels, and all their wines are vegan and Kosher.  

Fermented at low temperatures for max aroma, this wine shines with a bright, slightly greenish-yellow hue. Fresh and fruity with citrus notes, it’s light, lively, and a little zippy on the palate. Perfect with seafood, pasta, or pizza!
