"The historic Malatinszky family estate has produced wine in the south of Hungary for over eight centuries. Csaba Malatinszky started his career as a sommelier in France and later in Budapest, and he re-established the family winery in 1997.  He was the first person to re-introduce Cabernet Franc - the area's flagship grape - to the region after the fall of communism. Csaba practices minimal intervention winemaking with an emphasis on handwork in the vineyards and cellar, achieving organic certification in 2009." - Palinkerie
